AI-powered campaign design

business project

︎ AI-enhanced concept and creation
︎ Use of existing Corporate Design

As part of a summer campaign for Bodensee-Schiffsbetriebe, I developed a family-centered marketing concept that puts emotional storytelling and smart AI usage at its core.

At the heart of the campaign: “Bodenseekarle”, a cheerful sailor duck created as a digital companion for families onboard. Using free generative AI tools, we designed a full campaign that delights families and turns kids into little Lake Constance explorers.

With “Family time on board”, we proved that big ideas don’t need big budgets – just creativity, strategic storytelling, and the right tools. Through AI-assisted design and content generation, we delivered a highly engaging and cost-effective campaign that sparked attention, emotion, and strong positive feedback from the target audience.

︎ information design as language

A design language for the intuitive visualization of information that can bridge the gap between objective scientific data and emotional experiential knowledge. In order to actually make a difference and reach people, you need more than numbers and statistics: namely, persuasiveness, enthusiasm and commitment. To do this, we should use everything that is available to us - from digital tools to analog translations - always with the aim of making abstract connections intuitively accessible do and create enthusiasm.

information design @Fraunhofer IPA

︎ Internship information design

During my UX internship at Fraunhofer IPA in Stuttgart, my focus was on designing user-centered digital solutions in technically complex environments.

I contributed to the UX concept for a software extension by developing user flows, wireframes, and conducting usability testing. I also co-designed a new shopping experience within an existing e-commerce platform through stakeholder workshops and screen concepts. In addition, I analyzed user behavior based on session recordings and translated findings into visual reports for stakeholder communication.

As part of a lab digitization project, I created screen designs and an interactive model to visualize backend structures. I also supported the internal communication team by designing visual materials for an internal exhibition event.

In the footsteps of the Konstanz colonial era is about making a forgotten but spectacular story visible: in the search for the “El Dorado”, Konstanz' residents played an important role in the global slave trade of the early 16th century and in the colonization of the world. The task was to make the astonishing research results of cultural scientists from the University of Konstanz impressive and  tangible in a temporary exhibition that opened in the cultural center of the city of Konstanz in summer 2021. The aim was to develop a surprising, experimental, courageous and expressive identity for the project. This identity should find its expression both in the exhibition design and in the design of the media of communication.

︎ creative translation analog to digital
︎ Oh Yeah! – Yello
︎ semester project in 2022

From desk to playground – an ode to the desk and a translation from analog to digital. The starting point for my project was the chaos of my workplace, where office supplies, printouts and sketches were lying around.
The project deals with everyday office utensils and their functionality. The result is simple digital games that translate our chaos on the table into the digital world. A playground, so to speak, with its own rules for each piece of play equipment where everyone can let off steam.

The result is an experimental website that brings together all gaming devices and an approach – with the help of code – as a new approach to the cluttered desk.
